OrbiChat is a unified AI workspace that lets you chat with multiple model providers, compare responses, generate artifacts, use research and image features, and manage subscriptions.
You are responsible for your account, your prompts, your uploaded files, and how you use model outputs. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. You should independently review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
Model availability, behavior, speed, limits, and quality may vary by provider and plan. OrbiChat may change routing, model availability, rate limits, and feature access as providers change their systems or pricing.
When you choose a model, OrbiChat sends your request and relevant context to the selected provider. Your use of those provider services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
Provider availability, safety systems, usage rules, and response behavior can change outside OrbiChat. We may adjust routing, limits, and model access to keep the product reliable.
Paid plans include access to OrbiChat features and a monthly AI usage allowance measured against provider list rates. Usage controls may be enforced in rolling windows to keep the service reliable for everyone.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage billing in the app. If something is wrong with a charge, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it.
Do not use OrbiChat to break the law, violate rights, abuse others, generate or distribute malware, bypass safety systems, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or interfere with another user's access.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is abusive, risky, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to OrbiChat, our users, providers, or infrastructure.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to OrbiChat and the outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law and provider rules. You grant OrbiChat the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content to provide the product.
Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with OrbiChat and downstream AI providers.
OrbiChat is a production product, but AI infrastructure changes quickly. We may add, remove, rename, or modify models, providers, limits, features, plans, prices, and integrations.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, email, or the site.
OrbiChat is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, provider availability, or that the service will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OrbiChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
