How does percentage usage work?
Each plan shows usage as a percentage of its included allowance. Usage is metered in rolling 3-hour windows so heavy bursts smooth out instead of locking you out for the rest of the month.
Can I switch between weekly, monthly, and yearly?
Yes. Switch anytime from Settings and Billing. We prorate the difference and your next renewal moves to the new cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier. We don't delete your threads, projects, or uploads.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
