How do usage limits work?
Each plan includes premium-model usage measured in rolling 3-hour windows and across the month. If you reach a limit, you can wait for the window to reset or move to a plan with a higher allowance.
Which models and tools are included?
Paid plans include supported models from Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, and other leading families, plus OrbiChat's harness, web search, image generation, and side-by-side comparison. Availability can change as model providers update their services.
Can I use my own API keys or buy top-ups?
Not currently. OrbiChat manages model access within each plan's included usage. If you need more capacity, choose Max or wait for your usage window to reset.
Can I change my plan or billing cycle?
Yes. Change your plan or switch between weekly, monthly, and yearly billing in Account settings. Upgrades may charge a prorated difference immediately, while credits apply to a future invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription access ends while your threads, projects, and uploads remain in your account.
How are my conversations and payment details handled?
OrbiChat does not collect your prompts, uploads, conversations, or outputs for model training. Model requests go to the provider you select, and OrbiChat does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
Where do I check out and manage my subscription?
Create or sign in to your account, then open Account settings to start checkout, change plans, update billing details, or cancel your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
